Burnt Honey Bakery
Burnt Honey was our little bakery with a lotta heart on the Central Coast of NSW. We baked the classics from all over the world really darn well with sustainability and nostalgia always in mind.
Over the six or so years that Jo Fairall and I owned and ran Burnt Honey we made a profound impact on the local community and won the hearts (and tummies) of countless local food enthusiasts and travellers alike.
We built an incredible team of loyal and hardworking bakers and service staff, and a reputation that inspired customers to drive hours long trips to sit by the ocean sipping our coffee and treat themselves to our baked goods.
We ran workshops to teach locals how to bake sourdough and croissants, ran events with other local businesses such as a cake and wine pairing evening with Upstairs Wines, and became a part of countless families Christmas, Easter and birthday traditions.
